There comes a time when you have to begin sorting through potential colleges. For many this is their senior year in high school, and for others it's even earlier. No doubt there are a few who wait until they test the waters of the "real world" first. Plenty of them are anxious to attend a University after this routine. Now, finding a college that's right for you shouldn't be too difficult. Your key focuses should be; what do you want to go to school for (major/field of study), where would you prefer to attend college for the next four years, and is the University reputable? Be sure to cover these areas before choosing a school. One University you may want to keep in mind is The Ohio State college Columbus Ohio.
Anyone who chooses to acquire a higher level of education wants to attend a reputable school. After all, what good is achieving that BA or BS if no potential employer has ever even heard of it? Catch my drift? Keep this in mind if you're looking at religious Universities. Many of these are not even accredited. I suggest you don't bother with the ones that aren't. It makes no sense to spend oodles of money on an education, not to mention infinite hours of work, if the world is not even going to recognize your achievement. At the state college Columbus Ohio you won't have this problem. The Ohio State University is the number one school in the nation, meaning that it has the most students. They offer an array of degrees to suit virtually anyone. I don't care if you prefer a future in medicine, law or architecture; The Ohio State University has what you need to succeed.

Placing too much importance on where a child goes rather than what he does there . . . doesnt take into account the childs needs or individuality, and this is true in college selection as well as kindergarten.

I must say this about the city of Columbus, Ohio; it's awesome. Take it from someone who's spent the last three years here. I've been to Cincinnati and Columbus a number of times, and Columbus is superior by far. It's not just about the state college Columbus Ohio, but also about the amenities, scenery and crime rate. If you want to attend a University in Ohio, this is the area to look at. I can't imagine anyone not liking Columbus.
